We are proud to share that our initiative “Women’s Leadership in Jaguar Conservation” has been featured on the PANORAMA – Solutions for a Healthy Planet platform, a global initiative coordinated by IUCN and partners.
PANORAMA brings together more than 1,600 solutions from around the world, showcasing practical and replicable approaches to conservation and sustainable development.
Our solution highlights a community-based model in Brazil’s Cerrado that empowers rural women as leaders in habitat restoration and wildlife monitoring, integrating tools such as camera traps, drones, and geospatial technologies.
Combining technology, local knowledge and gender-inclusive approaches, we are contributing to reduce human-wildlife conflict, strengthening ecosystem resilience, and supporting long-term conservation outcomes.
Being featured on PANORAMA reinforces the importance of locally led solutions and recognizes the role of women and communities in protecting biodiversity at scale.
